• Individual one-on-one work or work in small groups with children from the Bosnian diaspora.
• Adapting lessons to different age groups and levels of language proficiency.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback related to their development.
• Responsibility and flexibility in working with students.

 

The skills required for this position are:

• A relevant degree in the field of language and pedagogy is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bosnian (knowledge of English and German is desirable).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Active listening skills aimed at understanding and adapting to the different needs of students throughout the learning process.

 

The technical requirements for this position are:

• Your own laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam and microphone.
• A fast and stable internet connection.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones (including the possibility of working on weekends).
