Withdrawal Right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the services already provided.

Expiry of Withdrawal Right

The right of withdrawal expires early if:
– the service has been fully performed, or
– you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and
– you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result

Note: In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.
