Sales and Community Manager

 

Tako Lako is enabling and promoting the learning of the Bosnian language outside of B&H. We focus on children and on delivering the online lessons in an interesting way that improves language usage. We want more people in the diaspora to hear about us and to strengthen our partnerships with relevant organizations and companies. Are you the person to help on this mission?

The Sales and Community Manager at TakoLako will be the backbone of our further growth. He/She will be accountable for our growth in line with our targets and widening TakoLako’s impact within our targeted communities. 

 

 

On a day-to-day basis, The Sales and Community Manager will:

● Together with the leadership team, build a strategy around the company’s growth. Discover growth opportunities and markets. Explore B&H diaspora communities as new growth opportunities over the globe

● Independently execute growth strategy – building and nurturing communities that will produce new clients/service users

● Continuously open and improve sales/relationship channels

● Own marketing campaigns and activities, social media strategy and all other relevant marketing channels to position the brand and attract new clients /service users

● Building strong online and local TakoLako brand awareness and presence

 

Skills and competencies: 

● Education background in marketing/business development is preferred

● 3+ years of relevant experience in business development and marketing domain with proven results 

● Proven track record of sound decision-making and problem-solving, ability to make decisions quickly and independently

● Relevant track record of experience in multi-cultural environments
